The cost of a personalized detailed new patient consultation and first treatment is $160. Please allow around 90 minutes for your first visit.
Follow up acupuncture is $110 per treatment. Please allow around 60 minutes for all follow up visits.
Discounts can be offered with the purchase of multiple treatments in advance. Any extra treatments purchased will be saved as credit to your account.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards, and Stripe Mobile Tap to Pay. You can also pay with HSA or FSA cards. We ask that you be prepared to pay for your treatment each time you come in.
At Redbud Acupuncture & Wellness, we strive to keep pricing simple, clear, and to provide you with the best value for your money. Our goal is for you to get the treatments you need to be able to see lasting change in your health. There are no additional fees and no tipping.
If cupping is needed it can be done at the time of acupuncture for no additional charge.
We can provide superbill forms for you to submit to your insurance. We also take payment with HSA or FSA debit cards. Currently we are not in network with any specific insurance companies. If we become in network in the future, we will have it listed here.
We reserve an appointment time for you and ask that you call us if you cannot keep your appointment. In consideration of other patients who may be on a waiting list for an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving 10-15 minutes early gives plenty of time to use the restroom and calmly get settled before treatment. There are comfortable lobby chairs on the second and first floors as well as complimentary tea and coffee. Arriving late will cut into your treatment time and may require rescheduling.
All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice, and all appointments missed without notice, will be charged a $50 fee. We are a small business with a limited amount of treatment times. Every appointment matters.
1616 Westgate Circle is also called Chesapeake Business Centre Cool Springs/ Westgate Commons. There is FREE parking in both the front and back of the building. The front has stairs to enter the building. The back has wheelchair accessible entrance. If you need any assistance with coming or going, please let us know by text or calling 615-899-3799. Once inside you will be able to take an elevator to the 2nd floor and easily go down the hall to Suite 233. There are men’s and women’s restrooms on both the first and 2nd floors. When you arrive early, there are chairs to rest in on both levels as well as coffee/tea stations you can help yourself to. The lovely people at the reception desk on the first floor can give you guidance if you need it.
